After a fire ripped through their house in the middle of the night, the owners of this historic Prairie Style home are bringing it back to its original glory. Painstakingly recreating it from old photos is a challenge, but we are up for the task for our Prairie Fire Residence!

We transformed this vacant book store into a lavish art-deco influenced aesthetic boutique for Lalique in the exclusive shops at “The Crystals” located in the Aria resort in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Construction on our MAuN Residence is underway! The shell is nearing completion with the interior construction soon to follow. Retractable glass walls will allow the interior and exterior space of the pool house to bleed together to make a seamless entertaining space. The open concept will allow the perfect backdrop for summer entertaining.

Historic photos showed the porch initially had a hipped roof so we put it back – Hip Again. A combination of fiber cement clap board and shingles were used with subtle color variations to provide a more historically sensitive appearance.

The transformation of this red brick colonial included overtaking an existing attached garage to become part of a new family room with expanded breakfast area and new mudroom. A second floor addition above the existing sunroom provided a master bath.

This transformation is dramatic! Before the oppressive 1970’s interior consisted low ceilings and no natural daylight. Now raised ceilings and borrowed natural light combined with rich wood panels and a fresh color palette make an energizing work environment.

This National Award Winning Transformation raised the roof, allowing the full footprint of the second floor to be utilized for three children’s bedrooms, a hall bath and a master suite. The new third floor provides a home office and separate children’s study/play room.
