MJCO – Victorian Labor of Love

The front façade of this Victorian home in the city was carefully salvaged and is being restored and embellished to match the character of other homes in the neighborhood. The addition adds the space and function needed for a busy family of 5 to enjoy their home for years to come.

Laurel Residence – Construction Update

The first floor is framed and the second floor deck and walls are starting to go up as seen in this recent photo. Its’ exciting to see the shapes and forms of this Refined Farmhouse vernacular coming together. Check back regularly to see the progress of this project and others under construction.

The color palette of these low maintenance exterior materials came together nicely on our project located on Lake Lanier in Georgia. The general contractor is focused on completing the interiors so the homeowners can enjoy their first summer on the lake.

  Our Ramsay Residence project is taking shape. The Plumstone clay roof tiles and crisp white stucco create a bold contrast worthy of a Mediterranean villa.   Construction activity is well underway at the Sheridan Residence. The green Zip System Insulation Panels help make this lakefront house weathertight but will be clad with maintenance free composite siding and Corten steel panels.
