The new entrance to Porter Pipe and Supply really gets things flowing. A wall of decorative pipe leads to this reception station and then into the 11,500 sq. ft. of office space we designed. We are excited to be working with Porter Pipe again on a new distribution facility coming next year!

Happy birthday Andy Warhol! At our Villa Blanco, the house design incorporated the perfect spot for this original Warhol painting of the owner’s grandmother. The opposing wall that separates the hall from the grand central stair was then carved with a square punched opening to provide a perfectly aligned portal to view the painting.

Retractable glass walls will allow the interior and exterior space of the pool house to bleed together to make a seamless entertaining space. Historic photos showed the porch initially had a hipped roof so we put it back – Hip Again. A combination of fiber cement clap board and shingles were used with subtle color variations to provide a more historically sensitive appearance.

This master bath at our Cortland Residence follows the clean sleek design of the home with wall mounted fixtures. The finish on the vanity is also used on the kitchen cabinetry for additional continuity in the home.

This transformation is dramatic! Before the oppressive 1970’s interior consisted low ceilings and no natural daylight. Now raised ceilings and borrowed natural light combined with rich wood panels and a fresh color palette make an energizing work environment.

This National Award Winning Transformation raised the roof, allowing the full footprint of the second floor to be utilized for three children’s bedrooms, a hall bath and a master suite. The new third floor provides a home office and separate children’s study/play room.
