Instead of traditional downspouts we added rain chains on the screened porch of our Minnesota Residence project. We designed custom copper scuppers with a silhouette of a fox head much to the homeowners’ excitement (since they live on Fox Street). The rain chains water the planter boxes making this an eco-friendly solution.
